Car Buying Advice - 2017 Audi A4 Lease offer

Greetings. I was just recently offered a deal on a 2017 Audi A4 premium Quattro season of Audi. MSRP is 45,300. Discounted price is 40500. I used a MF of .00045 and residual of 57%. Monthly payment= 480 including tax. Money due at signing= 2000 including all state fees, documentation fee, and firstborn months payment. What's your opinion of how good of a deal this is? Thanks!

    What state and tax rate?
    Is it 36/12?

    Hi - looked in the forum and can't find the lease discussion. 

    May i ask for the allroad a4 premium plus 2017 36/12 MF and RV?
