2005 Sebring - Having possible computer issues

We've tried almost everything on my 2005 Sebring. This is the first car my mechanic hasn't been able to fix in ten years. It won't start. Tried a new computer (used) tried to reprogram old and new, no luck. Hate to buy one rebuilt or from dealer because you can't return if they fix my issue
