No continues12v power on the interior why?

I was installing a after market stereo on my 2001 pt cruiser and accidently i touch the yellow cable on the stereo and got a spark and now my interio lights locks my remote to lock and unlock the doors only works if i turn the switch on. Any one know why?

    And i check all the fuses they are good?

    I had the car yellow conect with the red now that i disconect i don't have the power iven if i turn on the switch and my dash bord is tell me no fuse witch fuse is that????

    The fuses should be labelled on the fuse box. There are also "fusible links" that come off the + battery cable that could have been damaged.
