Car Buying Advice - 2017 Audi A3 Finance/Lease question

I'm looking to finance or lease a 2017 Premium Plus FWD AWD. I plan to drive 7,500 miles a year. Should I lease or finance?

Also, the dealership is reducing the price of the car from 38000 to 31000. Is this the best possible deal or should I negotiate lower?

    $7000 is a pretty healthy discount.

    How long do you plan to keep the car? If anything over 3 years, I would suggest you buy it.
