Car Buying Advice - MF rates in Florida on Audi A4 urgent!

Hi, was quoted on forum that MF is .00037 BUT dealer is saying their lowest is .00056 and will only offer me .00086. Advice please

    A4 2.0t ultra. He said I was wrong and that the .00037 was too low, said his "buy" rate was the .00056 but then dropped his offer to the .00056 as I was leaving. Have not been successful in getting it lower though.

    The dealer is either wrong, or just untruthful
