Car Buying Advice - Lease figures for 2017 Honda Civic EX-T (possibly 3 civics)

I'm interested in 36-mo lease on a '17 Civic EX-T sedan 12K/year with $0 down, CVT automatic transmission. Any help would be appreciated, MF/RV, etc. FL Tax 7%.

Also, 2 other members of my family are interested in the same 2017 Civic EX-T as well. What are the odds we get an even better deal buying together in a 3 car deal package?

Please advise.
