Help me,how to ensure the xenon headlight into the fog or water?

of my car broke,I want to know what is in it, the fog or water?the xenon headlight can’t work and I saw somthing like beads in it.

    That might be condensation from a leak in the seal around the headlight. You will have to check and see what the problem is. Sometimes headlights just burn out normally, or sometimes the connector to the light gets corroded, or you may just have a fuse problem.
