    2018: .00124 MF and 62% residual

    I'm going back and forth between the 2017 BMW 330i and a 2017 MB 300 4-door.

    BMW Dealer Quote:
    MSRP: 44275.00
    Invoice: 41,840.00
    Price: 39725.82
    Rebate: $3,000

    Cap Red: 978.49
    Residual: 61%
    MF: .0015200
    36 mo/10mi
    Upfront/Cash Received: 2250.00
    Acquisition Fee: 925.00
    He said payment was $399.95 but looks with tax $420.26

    Dealer said can't negotiate Cap Red unless increase monthly payment.
    I disagree.
    I would also like to roll in Acquisition to Sales Price, which i understand will increase payment.

    Can you shed some light. This is exhausting....

    If you want a lower price, then the place to negotiate is the selling price. Once you have that where you want it, then you can put up however much you want upfront (knowing that will affect the payment).
