Good Lease Deal on 2018 Jaguar F-Pace??

2018 F-Pace 25T somewhere between the prestige and premium packages. -MSRP= 49,700 -Selling price = 43,300 -$750 down including first month + $300 in fees. -$2000 cap reduction from old lease. 39 mo lease / 10k miles = $448/ mo. Including taxes. Good deal?
