MF and RV on 2018 Grand Cherokee High Altitude Lease w/ Employee Pricing

Hi-- I'm new to leasing and want to make sure I understand my proposed deal. I'm looking at a 2018 JGC, 10K miles/36 months. I do get employee pricing from a family member. Located in Ohio. What can I expect for residual and money factor?

    Normally $595, but they are waived this month.
