What is this connection jack?

I have a Forester 2017 2.5i touring. Under the dashboard, to the left of the cigarette lighter, there is a jack of some kind (looks like a pair of USB slots -- but it is not). The manual and a couple Subaru sales guys couldn't tell. Anybody knows?
