Is this feasible?
I am hoping to pick up a 2018 HR-V EX AWD this summer by way of a One-Pay Lease. I’ve tried researching a bit but I don’t know if my plan is feasible.
Me: Youngish, great credit but slightly thin credit file, around 10001
Aim Payment: 23,500
Aim Residual: 14,570
Aim MF: .005
Total Payment: 190.35
Total Lump Sum Payment: 6,852.60
Would these parameters be a good negotiation goal?
With accompanying fees and such, could I pay less than $10,000 out the door?

Could I still get out of the door without dropping more than $10,000?
I can't really follow your math. What selling price or adjusted CAP cost are you using?
Example:
$24695 MSRP
-$500 discount
-$1600 lease cash
+$595 acq.fee
$23190 adjusted CAP cost
$254/mo.+tax and DMV/doc fees
$254 X 36 = $9144
$9144
+200 DMV (est)
+$75 doc
+$950 tax (est)
$10,369 total..
That's with a $2100 discount, including the lease cash..
So, another $400 off, and you are under $10K..
