    Can money factor be negotiated or is that determined by bank?

    The base money factor (.00026) is set by the bank.
    This dealer has marked it up for extra profit.
    The markup is negotiable.

    With a $700 dealer fee and a $300 markup to the acquisition fee, they've already taken back $1000 of your discount.

    The money factor markup is another $26/mo. added.
