checking lease price on 2018 Dynamic AWD S60

I'm currently negotiating on a 2018 Dynamic AWD S60 - $41,160. The dealer offer is $397 per month 36/10 with first payment and fees down. 14701 zip. Is this a good deal or can I do better. I would rather have 36/12.

    12K/yr will add $411.60 to the payment over 36 months.
    About $12/mo. more

    Incentives quoted are $3500 from Volvo, $3750 Lease cash, $500 Loyalty and $2500 Dealer discount off of the $41,160 sticker. $7,550 total. Is the $397 per month in line.

    $3500 Volvo Allowance
    $3750 Lease Bonus

    I get $342/mo with that discount, but that doesn't include tax, acquisition fee or anything else.

    What is the amount of fees they want upfront?

    $32,800 adjusted CAP to get that payment.

    $30,910 selling price

    $1900 could easily be sales tax + acquisition fee.

    That looks like a pretty good deal.

    Be careful of 1st payment + fees.. Shouldn't be over $700 total.
