Buick Enclave Audio Problems

  My 2008 enclave audio is malfunctioning and all I get is sound from the tweeter speakers, no woofers. Is this a amplifier problem? I don't want to go the expensive dealership route. Any suggestions?

  2015 Enclave started making a random static sound like a needle scratching a record, FULL BLAST volume in surround sound! ITS HORRIBLE!!! We were at Disneyland so took to Buick dealer at 7am. Car made the service writer jump when it went off. After 6 hours tech didn't hear anything,  so nothing they can do.  
  Within 15 min of getting car back its doing it again   My 2 year old grandson screams & cry's when we get near car because its soo loud. Any ideas?

  I'm having the same problem with my 2008 no sound no radio no turn signal sounds No Bluetooth please help me.

  08 Enclave same exact problem! Once I went there a puddle of water and the sound came back on for a short time then went out again. It not a fix but did figure out you can plug a wireless speaker into the headphones jack in the rear of the vehicle and have sound for the stereo.

  Just bought our used 2008 Enclave on Tuesday. Today is Friday and we have the same problem out of nowhere. No turn signal noise, radio or DVD sound

  I have a 2015 Enclave with the same radio problems above. In addition I also have issues with the Nav system having a blue sky strip at the top, the map is overlaid by the radio, back up camera goes black with guidelines and the CD player will whirr. Of course these are all intermittent. Supposedly there is a fix, it's an update on a yellow USB stick part #23227399. This is straight from GM. Unfortunately it's hard to locate. I'm currently dealing with Herb Chambers in MA and will update when I can. Good luck!

Makes me wonder how many people have paid for new radios created by this issue? Does anyone have any clue how to fix this issue or should there be recall on it?

  I know this is an old post but I was wondering if that solved your issue or if it came back and if you found a permanent solution. Bought a used 2012 Enclave a month ago and driver side speaker wasn't working but everything else seemed fine and now the passenger side dvd won't power on and the radio sounds super tinny :-(

  I have a 2019 Enclave purchased in Dec 2019. The audio features have stopped working numerous times. Nothing works, no OnStar, no blue tooth, no radio, not even the noise for the turn signals. Had it in for service several times. Usually, the speakers will start popping before they cut out, but not always. In Oct 2020 they replaced a module and it worked for a few months. In May 2021, the problem started again, after I would go over a bump in the road, nothing would work, then sometimes another bump or whenever it wanted to start working again it does. Mysteriously starts working again. Stopping and starting the car does not make it work again. Very aggravating on longer trips in the car. In May 2021, dealership kept the car for 3 days, then returned it to me, saying no issues were found that it was working as designed. I said I do not agree, there is an issue. Can you replace the module again like you did in Oct 2020? She said no due to no error conditions were given on the computer. So frustrating, I have a couple of longer trips (several hours in the car) coming up and would like the audio/blue tooth systems to be functioning.
  Anyone else having a problem. Doing an internet search, it appears to be a wider spread problem than just my vehicle

  purchased 2021 in august just turned 1000 miles driving one day radio working no sound thought it was area i was in but it wasn't. Came home turned car off net day radio working sound on driving again it stopped so i took it to dealer said they downloaded a new program an still didnt work.I think theres a glitch in the bose speaker programs.I'm bringing car back on thrusday will see what they do for repair.
