Buying/Leasing Volt 2018/9?

Hello Michaell, and thank you for the excellent info that you provide.
I'm curious about the MF and RV for the LT and Premiere trims in area code 90713.

I'm an 2017 LT owner, and I'm snakebitten.
I love my car, but I lose the carpool lane access on Jan 1 due to the way the clean air carpool stickers work here
(I'm in SoCal).
I absolutely will need to replace it by the end of the year, as my commute is not feasible without the stickers.
Given that Chevrolet has effectively killed the Volt, will there be any more aggressive pricing coming down?
In your opinion, are the improvements the the 2019 model worth missing out on some of the incentives offered for the 2018s, and do you think Chevy will be blowing these out by the time the last one rolls off the line in March of 2019?

    Thanks, kyfdx!
I'm hoping that I can make it work if I can wait until right before the end of the calendar year.
The financing numbers are greatly appreciated!
