Zip code is 10580. Dealer quoted Money Factor .00304 residual is 61 percent for 36 month lease,10k miles, 0 money down (other than taxes and fees).  From the string here it seems like they are trying to take advantage.  Base price is 126.5k

    .00229 MF and 61% residual

    yes, looks like a .00075 markup to the money factor.
