TPMS Relearn Period?
Re: 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport...One tire valve / TPMS was replaced, but tire pressure values won't display on dash. Drove it 45 miles while it said, "Drive to display." It then beeped and now it just says, "Check TPMS" indicating a malfunction in the system. A shop did the repair and I am bringing it back to them. I wonder if they installed an after-market sensor or OEM part. Should that matter?

If they used a "universal" type of TPMS sensor, then yeah, they have to reprogram it. It won't relearn. If they don't have the experience to do this, maybe you should buy the Hyundai Part.5
