    One for $852/month for a $65, 340 car incl tax - 36-10
    One for $805 if prepaid for a $66500 car

    Is it advisable to do a down payment for leasing a car? and the above $1000 incentive is from? I see a costco auto program $1000 incentive on C-300. Can we used both the incentive's?

    No information on Costco.

    We do not recommend a down payment on a lease - just the first payment and registration fees should be paid at signing.

    Correct - you may have to adjust your budget.

    Leasing is not a way to get into a more expensive car for a lower payment; it's just an alternative to a traditional loan.
