  No catch.. NY offers a state credit that is applied at time of lease signing, I think.

  Also, keep in mind that the tax is going to be substantial, as there is a $14500 lease rebate, that you'll have to pay tax on..
  
  At 8.65% tax rate, that is an extra $1250 upfront (about $35/mo, if you roll it in)
