I'm trying to figure out if this is a good deal or not. Like to know what the money factor is. Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic HSE. MSRP $68,454.00. Sale Price $67,454.00. 39 mo lease $2,500 down $890. Residual Value $37,650.

    Using the sale price as the adjusted CAP cost, I get $781/mo.+tax.

    That leads me to believe the money factor is marked up.
    I'll guess your $1000 discount is actually the customer rebate from Land Rover, effectively making your deal at full MSRP (plus a money factor markup)

    Doesn't seem very good to me, but typical of a Land Rover dealer.
