    How does this deal look to you:

    2019 Audi A3 2.0T 4dr Front-wheel drive sedan

    MSRP: 36,765.00
    Total Savings incl Incentives: 7,344

    36 Months / 12,000 miles --> $564 with $0 downpayment

    Based on my calculations the monthly payment should be closer to $368, would love your opinion. Thanks for your help!

    What is the adjusted cap cost, with the fees and taxes rolled in?

    Texas taxes the entire selling price, even on a lease, so that will drive up your payment.

    That is missing a lot of info

    But, if I add the $399 tint
    +$350 DMV
    +$895 acq.fee
    +$1900 tax

    I get $496/mo, with just first payment Due at Signing. (36/12)

    So, bad deal (probably marked up the money factor), and a poor lease program from Audi.
    This car doesn't lease well, and this dealer isn't helping.
