3 or 2-year lease info

I have 2 questions please:

1. MF and Residual on 2019 Demo 440iGC Demo w/ 4082 miles. The dealer is saying 52.4 residual based on miles and 15K/36. Assuming $3750 lease cash per BMW site. Zip is 74137.

2. Same question as above but at 15K/24 lease term if that's possible.

    .00142 MF
    60%/54% residual for 24/36 months

    Residual adjustment is around -1.5% for the current mileage, depending on MSRP, so 52.4% seems correct.
    (58.4% for 24 months)

    $3750 lease credit is correct

    $2500 loyalty, if qualified

    Thanks for the info. I ended up leasing this car.

    I went with a 17K/year lease *3 years based on how many miles I've put on my previous car.

    MSRP: 57,015
    Sales Price after discount/rebates: 43,917

    Monthly payment: $525

    I'm in Oklahoma, so I had to pay sales Tax up front (or chose to anyway), so OTD fees were: $3.497 (doc fee was $485 of that).

    I'm happy with the deal considering I'll be handing them back this car w/ 50K miles on it and I doubt it will be worth $29,893 (the residual shown on the worksheet)

    I couldn't have made the deal w/out this forum and Leasehackr.

    (forgot to add that i'm an 825 FICO for others trying to get a deal like this)

    Hello, back again to see what the MF and residual value are in May 2020 for a 2020 BMW 440i xDrive Gran Coupe for 10K and 12K miles in the DC, MD, VA area. Thanks!

    I extended the lease on my current 2017 430i xDrive Gran Coupe while the inventory increases for the 2020 440i Gran Coupes and looking to make the move in the next few weeks. Hoping to upgrade soon. Thanks.
