Leased car delivery delay

I signed the contract for a leased car on feb 29th. The dealer did not have one in stock so they were getting it shipped to me from another out of state dealer. It has been 3/17 and the car is still sitting at the other dealer as my dealer is waiting for a shipper to pick it up and ship it. My first payment is coming up on 30th march and I am wondering if I have a way to cancel the contract because of the delay?

    Seems doubtful. Though, I'd ask the dealership to pickup the first month's lease payment.

    Since you haven't taken physical delivery, you may be able to get out of it.. but, not sure that would be worth the hassle. Get what you can from the dealer.
