  I'm quoting the base rate.
  
  The dealer is marking it up - a lot - for extra money in their pocket.
  
  Sadly, a common tactic by LR dealers.
  
  Tell them you want the base rate - no need to tell them what it is, they already know - or you'll find another dealer.
