Lease terms and residual for 2020 Yukon Denali

Looking at 2020 Yukon Denali. Prior lease customer so received certificate from GMC for waiver of final lease payment and $2000 additional cash off new lease (not purchase, unfortunately). Must take delivery by 6/30 so not a lot of time. Can you tell me the current residual and lease factor for the best lease terms available? Previously it was 39 months. Would like 36-39 months, preferably no longer. 12,000 and 15,000 miles per year. Thank you!
