What is the MF for a 2020 A4 45 Premium and Premium Plus in the SF Bay Area?

I just received a quote for a 2020 Audi A4 45 Premium, and MF is .00299 with 7.18% APR and seems very high for a vehicle price of 44,240 MSRP.
