OK, I need the current money factor and lease cash offers for Jan 2020, for the 2020 Kia Niro EX Premium PHEV, and need to know if I am better leasing in Wisconsin or Texas if there is a difference?

Also need to know does Kia Financial pass on any of the $4800 federal tax credit they get to collect since its a lease, and put it towards the lease to bring down the buying price so I can figure what the payments I should be looking for are?

I would be looking for 36 months, 10,000 per year. Also can you give the same for the regular Kia Niro EX premium also?

(I am trying to decide if it is with the difference to get the Plug-in model if they do pass on the tax credit onto the lease upfront. I know chevy used to, but Toyota never did on the theirs Plug-ins. )

Where will you be registering the car?

Texas will tax the entire selling price, even on a lease, which will make any lease payment more expensive.

    WI numbers

    EX PHEV - .00110 and 54%; $6743 lease cash
    EX-P hybrid - .00105 and 56%; $4200 lease cash

For the PHEV, the lease cash would seem to include any tax credits that the bank will get as the owner of the vehicle.
