Can I get the MF, RV and any lease incentives for a 2021 Honda CR-V EX AWD for zip 02740, 36/15?

I was offered 300/month for 36 months 15k MSRP 30,000 but assuming that they lowered it to offer that. Car is on hold because I didn’t ask all these important things lol.
