    Why? Guessing folks are either happy or unhappy and voice their opinions either way. I've only used them to get a valuation on trade which I use at the dealership to get a better price for my trade-ins. Both times I've used them, my dealer met their offer with no questions asked and each time, it ended up with an addition $1K offer on my trade. And since Florida lowers the amount of sales tax with a trade-in, I'm just as happy to go through the dealer. From what I've heard from others, their asking price for their vehicles on their lots are a bit on the high side and don't think they haggle much. And over the years, have heard some horror stories of them not upholding their part of the bargain when it comes to fixing things. So, hearing those complaints, doubt I'd ever shop there at all!

    I purchased a 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing edition 4 months ago from CarMax. I had initial concerns that the exhaust tips were incorrect. I still bought the car. As it turns out, the entire exhaust system is incorrect for a true Blackwing. (active exhaust valves and such are missing) I have tried to get CarMax to help resolve the problem through both the CarMax dealership channels and the CarMax 800 Customer Service number. Both were denied.

    Basically they sold me a car, advertised as a Blackwing, with incorrect, non-Blackwing parts on it and will take no responsibility to bring the car back to original factory specifications. Why did they advertise it as a true Blackwing when it didn't have all the original parts on it that made it a Blackwing in the first place?!?!
