2021 GMC AT4 Sierra Leases (Southern California)

Hey everyone. I'm trying to figure out the total cost to lease an 2021 GMC AT4 in Southern California (specifically Orange County). I'd like to know the residual percentage and the money factor for a 36/15,000 and a 39/15,000 truck lease. I've never negotiated a lease with GMC before and I'd love to know what other deals in my area are looking like. Thanks for the consideration.
