Seeking 36 month lease, So Cal, Mini Cooper S Clubman-4 door. Dealer quoting $505/month which seems high and should be closer to $420/month. Zero down. Dealer is willing to give $2500 incentives. Maybe they are adding that back into the payments?

    How many miles per year?

    MSRP?
    Selling price?

    What makes you think the payment should be $420/mo?

    Apologies, its a Mini Cooper S 4 Door Hardtop. I used the Lease Calculator.
    Miles=7,500/year
    MSRP: $34,493
    Selling Price: $32140

    .00245 and 62%
    $500 incentive

    With your prices, $430/mo plus tax. That assumes all taxes and fees are paid up front.

    TY Michaell. Very helpful. One question, the ‘Selling Price’ I’m showing is actually the incentives that I reduced ($2,500) from the MSRP. However, should I be asking the dealer for the Selling Price and then deduct the incentives after to get the appropriate monthly payment+taxes?

    Yes, you should negotiate the price, just as if you were buying the car.
