Residual value based off msrp

Hi, looking to lease es 300h ultra luxury. Dealer sent me vspecs it shows base msrp $52,130 but total with packages, accessories and delivery processing and handling is $56,580. RV is based of total in this case or just the base msrp? Thanks

    The residual is a percentage of the full MSRP. The bottom line on the Monroney sticker, including all factory options and destination. It is not affected by dealer accessories or the selling price.

    The exception is for major accessories like running boards, etc, which may result in a small increase in residual. (not likely for an ES)
