    I'd ask for a breakdown of what that $2500 specifically covers.

    Acquisition fee?
    Dealer fee?
    Up front taxes? (in GA, you pay the taxes on the sum of the payments up front, or add them to the monthly payment)
    First payment?
    Title and registration costs?
    Cap cost reduction (down payment)?

    Those could easily come out to $2500.

    I'd pay the government fees up front and roll the rest into the monthly payment.

    Here's how I'd structure it:

    Pay the sales tax, registration costs and first month up front - just over $1200 out of pocket instead of $3000

    Try to get them to drop the Resistall - no real value to you, at $300

    Add the acquisition fee and dealer fee to the monthly payment - will add around $40/mo to the payment.
