    Does anyone have experience with swaping a lease? Is it worthwhile or can it become a hassle since you don't know how the previous owner treated the car?

    Reaction to this deal please - 2013 328ix sedan, black, loaner, 9700 miles, in service date 12-14-12, cold weather pkg, tech pkg w/o heads up display, leather interior with burled wood, no Sirius radio, (in round numbers) sticker 40,000, negotiated 35,600, 36 mos, mf = .00125, resid = 59%, $1600 at signing, $367/mo

    I'm pushing to have a sat radio installed to sweeten and close the deal and I offered to pay the subscription.

    Here is the deal that I've got on a 320i base=msrp $33475. 36 month 12k yr. I do qualify for owner loyalty and holiday cash. Selling price $30607 + 725. acq. - $500. mnfg. rebate = Adj. cap cost of 30831. My $730 driveoff, includes first mo. pmt. of $317.75 +22.25 tax, state lic. $100, & other state fees $66.50 that leaves a couple hundred that I can't tell you where it goes. I'm content with the $340. per month payment though. This is based on a 65% residual and base money factor of .00125 The selling price was .91432 of the $33475msrp. If you used that same discount on the $36875. mentioned in the advertised deal and kept everything else the same I think you would come up with a payment of $250. vs the $279. Hope this helps

    nj chas, run don't walk from the offer...it is terrible. You can get a new 2013 for less than the used car they are offering. There is $3000 cash back, plus holiday incentives for 2013 3 series NEW!!
