$46118.30 is the adjusted capitalized cost.

Now the pre-tax payment is $463.83.

No idea what kind of discount you can negotiate with the dealer - I've not ever been in the market for an MB.

$795 acquisition fee + 1st month due at signing.
Monthly payment: $407
I have also bought tire and wheel insurance for 24 months for $760 (paid that upfront). I have 60 days to cancel this insurance, which I think I will do.
I believe I have negotiated a great deal.
What do you guys think?

I don't have a 33 month residual, but the 36 month residual is 54% for 15K/yr.

Two ways to lower your lease payment ... reduce the selling price and ensure that the MF isn't being marked up on you. Do you know the MF the dealer is using?

With that said, looks to be a decent deal. $400/mo for a $44K car is quite good.

Base MF is .00089 (looks like you got the AUTOpay discount), and the 68% residual is correct.

I'm not that familiar with selling prices on this model, but your deal looks good, and coupled with a decent lease program, you got a very reasonable payment for a $44K vehicle. I wouldn't have any trouble signing on for that..

Hi, I will be first time leasing. Going tomorrow to discuss options on a fully loaded 2014 C250 sticker price 45k. What should I expect as a MF and residual on this model?
10k or 12k miles and 2000 down for 27 or 36 months. Can I get $ 350 /month on that?
Local dealers had offer of 299$ for stock c250.
Not sure how much a 45k would be.

MF is .00101 and residual is 57% for 36/10. 68% for 27/10. Subtract 1% for 12k.

In general, 1% of MSRP as a lease payment is doing good, unless the deal is highly subvented (see G37, Infiniti). The best ways to reduce your payment are to negotiate a killer selling price and/or us MSD to lower the money factor.

1st - $44000 MSRP c300 sport - demo model with around 6000 miles
27 months / 7500 year
only first month at signing, everything else (fees, taxes, etc) rolled into payment - $372/month (state tax is 8.875%) + free maintence

2nd - $43700 MSRP c300 sport - new one
27 months / 7500 year
only first month at signing, everything else (fees, taxes, etc) rolled into payment - $459/month (state tax is 8.875%)

I'm not in a rush and thinking about waiting another month or two, do you guys think lease prices will go down considering new body is coming out in autumn?
I'm honestly aiming at $300/month with everything rolled into payment, but I'm not sure its possible right now, thus thinking about waiting for a few months.

You are getting about $0.40 per mile discount for the one with 6000 miles on it - total savings of about $2300 for the 27 months.

There is no way for us to know which directions the numbers will move from month to month, though I'd be hard pressed to bet against a blow out of some sort on the old body style once the new one becomes widely available.

$300/mo for a $40K car is a bit of a stretch, even with max MSD.

.00089 and 55% (36/15) or 66% (27/15). There is a loyalty pull ahead program that will cover up to 4 payments on an existing MB lease to get into a new C-class.
