Hi guys, need your help. I am going to see a car today and hopefully lease it the same day and your help on some things. Below is the list of all that is included. I need your opinion on how much I should try to lower the price to the possible lowest level. I am prob looking to do tax in and pay the fees upfront. Plus do the 7 msd in NJ. Thank you.

I have contacted two dealers in an area, and they both told me that there is a Finance markup of 0.4 to the MF to make it 0.0017

Am I stuck paying this finance markup?

It's a part of the negotiation, just like the selling price. If they won't budge, then you can vote with your feet, and go somewhere else.

Thanks, I was starting to think that maybe the dealers were getting together with each other on this stuff.

Well... most dealers mark up the money factor. It takes a savvy buyer to know what the numbers are (which is why you are here ;-))

55% residual for the 5.0 model

Base MF for both 35i and 50i is .00130. Max MSD's would bring that down to .00081. Also, they both offer an option credit of $1250.

35i residual is 56% for 36/15. Subtract 1% for 50i.

Given that the X6 starts at $60k before any options (I just looked at them; my wife likes the look of them), it seems that getting a lease under $700/mo might be a bit of a challenge.

MF is .00130 and the 36/12 residual for the xDrive 35i is 58%; subtract 1% for the 50i.

If you can provide me with an MSRP and cap cost, I can model the payment for you.

Absolutely - you really shouldn't sign any lease deal that includes an inflated money factor.

Here is my lease numbers. Hopefully it will help guide someone in right direction who is thinking about leasing 2014 X6 35i. New or Certified pre owned. In my case Certified pre owned Elite with 11675 Miles. Lease is for 36/15000

When I build with same specs on BMW USA and on Edmonds MSRP came out $80575. My SAV is Aug.2013 build. Did BMW go up by $1000 on X6 after Aug.2013?
