No worries - may I suggest you head over to the "Buying and Selling Cars: Post Your Experiences" discussion. Lively topic that could use an injection of a salesman's perspective.
Hi, I am looking to lease a 2014 Q60S 6MT. May I have the residual and money factor for 15k 24mo and 36mo? Also, I know there are lots of incentives on these cars, but I couldn't find them on edmunds.com. Is there a list that specifies all current incentives for this vehicle?

Thank you,

2014 Q60 RWD Coupe, premium and navigation MSRP = 46,605 Invoice = 43917 Sale Price = 37519 (Includes a $3250 dealer rebate - non loyalty) 24 months lease 10k miles/year 61% Residual MF = .00025 Total due at signing $1807 based on 9% tax (1st payment, tax, dmv, doc and acq)
Monthly payment = $259 + tax
I've done the calculation a few times and it comes out to higher than $259/month so I must be doing something wrong. Can someone comment on this deal? I assume I can negotiate down the MF and Sale Price further, but for some reason I can't replicate the $259 number they are advertising.

After re-thinking, I'm guessing the Sale Price does not include the Rebate. So including the rebate, I'm getting $243.xx pre tax. How does this look to the pros?

So I ended up doing this deal and it seemed spectacular to me for a 24 month lease.
After two MSD's at $300 each, total drive off was ~$2400 and the monthly payment with tax is ~$268 for 24 months. Thoughts?

This quote seem high compared to when I calculate the numbers. I'm not sure what I should negotiate on. Can you help? Cash due on delivery is actually $1,500 and the rest comes from Infiniti loyalty.
@k50s - sorry, didn't realize you were looking at 2014's. I quoted you numbers for the 2015.
2014 Q60 Sport RWD - 61% and .00025 for 24/10.
I don't understand the dealer's numbers at all. If I use the Gross Cap Cost, the residual is $26,808 (61%). Ask the dealer which number they are applying the residual value to, and also ask them what residual value percentage they are using. I'm wondering if they are getting their model years mixed up as well.
I will ask and they are pretty quick to get back so I should have a response shortly. MSRP is $49,350 or at least that what they have listed. I would like to be low 4's or even 300's. Is that possible?

OK, I don't see that number anywhere on your paperwork.
Not sure you can get under $400 at this point, unless you went to a longer term lease - 39 months seems to be the sweet spot for Infinitis recently.
They responded with this explanation- 12k residual is 60% is on the sheet. The payment that they circled is for 10k/24Months.
I confirm the 24/12 residual as 60%. It's 61% for 24/10. Same MF of .00025 for either.
I would ask them to provide you with another lease deal sheet with the numbers corrected. How many miles per year are you looking for? We can work up a payment with the numbers we have and have the dealer explain why their numbers are different.
2014 Q60 Sport 39 Months 12K -Quote from the dealer. 52% for the 39 mo. 12k and money factor is .00080 and we are selling it at .00105. This comes out to be $471.52 mo. including tax with $1,500.00 total down.
He said that 39/12 RV 55%/MF .00025 is wrong and to make sure it's not numbers for 2015.

Yes, I confirm the 2014 numbers as 52% and .00080 for 39/12. And yes, I keep getting the model years mixed up; sorry for the confusion this has been causing.
I wouldn't accept the inflated MF, but otherwise the deal seems pretty solid.
Hi all, So I basically have 2 questions that I would like some help with please. 1) Are only the latest model year cars available to lease? (The reason I'm asking is I found a new 2013 at a California Infiniti delearship, but was told it was NOT available for a lease.) and 2) IF the 2013 isn't available, I'm also interested in a 2015 Limited coupe with A/T. The local dealership here in Honolulu told me I would have to order the car as they do NOT stock them. When I started asking about lease factors I was told that they would have to wait and see what the factors are when the car physically arrives - as these factors change every month from IFS (Infiniti Financial Services). So, I'm at a loss on how the car is ordered when there is NO contract created. Does this sound 'right'? If not, could you tell me what usually happens in this circumstance. And would you please tell me what are the current factors for this car, for a 24 and 36 month lease with both 10k and 12k mileage. Thanking you VERY much in advance....

1. I'm sure you can lease it, but it would probably be expensive ... 2. Generally, you have the option of choosing the lease terms that are best for you when you either order the car or pick it up. Not 100% certain about Infiniti - I know BMW gives their customers the option.

Why put the $2299 down? Roll that into the lease. Payment will be around $405-$415, depending on how much of the tax you capitalize.
Otherwise, looks great.
