I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with them making the payment to Audi directly.

That's my understanding. I'd request a check from them for the last payment.

Kia has two sets of numbers, of which we only have one. Unfortunately, it does not include NY.

my lease on a 2015 Sorento FWD, ex, touring package, MSRP 36K, residual 56%, 12K miles per year, 36 mo/lease, money factor unknown. rebates totaled 2,900 including military discount of 400, competition discount of 500.
my question has to do with the cap cost reduction. our deal is for the dealer to make the first payment of $490. shouldn't this amount be included in the cap cost reduction in determining the adjusted cap cost?

keep in mind this is a no money down, top tier credit, and includes $2962 of negative equity added to the deal.

If he is to make the first payment, it won't be listed as a CAP cost reduction, as that won't take away the first payment. A CCR only affects the amount financed. It's possible it will be listed as "cash from dealer", or something like that, to reduce the money due upfront.

left a dealership in NJ for a SORENTO 2015 EX....walk out price quoted was for $0 down....fees capped at $500. MSRP is $38,000 with a "second" sticker with a few options close to $40,000. The car has the tech package and the quote was $370 including tax for a 36 month lease with 12,000 miles per year. Any comments on that deal offered??

While we do have numbers on the 2016 Sorento, we don't have them for NY, NJ or CT.
