Looking into a 2015 Nissan GT-R. Ideally would like to lease, anyone have the money factor and residual for a 36 month lease 12k vs 15k miles? I'm not sure if people are only seeing MSRP or how close to Invoice if deals are being thrown out there on the 2015? Thanks in advance guys

I'm going to have to check my Nissan figures. Nissan used to be a 1% addition for 12K/yr, but it may be 2% now.

I'm getting $1105.58/mo after tax.

Is it possible to get such a large discount on the GT-R, or is that with a cap cost reduction?

.00197 and 52% for 36/12. Add 1% for 10K, subtract 1% for 15K.

We only quote numbers for top tier credit.

We wouldn't be able to model a payment unless we knew both the MSRP and net cap cost.

Pre-tax, the 24/10 payment is $1447.88 and the 36/10 payment is $1225.03.

Residual is based off the MSRP.

While the delta in the sales price to MSRP is better, the residual is 4% lower for the 2014 model, which negates any advantage there may be.

I calculate the 36/10 payment on the 2014 (MSRP $101K, selling price $80K) at $1102.60 pre-tax.

Want to know if a monhtly payment under 1k is realistic (0 down). I have not asked the dealer to lower the 89,995 price tag but is that something that could possibly happen?

.00197 and 53% for 36/15. Using those numbers with your MSRP and selling price results in a pre-tax payment of $1192.65. To get the payment under $1000/mo pre-tax would mean a selling price of about $83,000.

Will the dealer go that low? Don't know unless you ask.

The MF won't go any lower than .00197? Would the RV be higher with a 12k or 10k lease? I don't need 15k.

The car has been sitting on the lot for 3 months. I was going to see if they would do 85k.

.00197 is the base rate for the GT-R - can't go any lower.

In general, Nissan's lowest mileage allowance is 12K/yr.

If there is a special low allowance for the GT-R, we don't have that information

.00197 is the standard MF for the GT-R

39/12 residual is 50% for the NISMO edition.

2016: .00197 MF and 62% residual for 36mo, 10K/yr.
2015: .00197 MF and 55% residual for 36mo, 10K/yr.

We don't have any info on low-mileage leases, but if available, the 7.5K/yr allowance is usually a 1% bump over 10K/yr

2016 GT-R Premium lease numbers for 36/12 - .00197 and 59%.

Without knowing the MSRP and negotiated selling price, I can't help you with the payment you've been quoted.

What state and tax rate is this?
