For the 2015 model the 36 month residual is 49%... the 2014 model isn't competive at 36 months.

2014 Overland 4x4 39/15 - .00012 and 48% from Chrysler. Dealer could be using a different finance company.

@kyfdx I need help I'm trying to lease a 2015 altitude in New York leasing a vehicle for the time I was looking at this particular car loaded with navi. I was offered a 39 month lease paying 440 a month with 0 out of pocket. A dealership offered me that particular offer is that possible he didn't go over numbers. how do I know that this is real can I get some feed back that's greatly appiciated....

Not really any information to go on... We don't even know the MSRP or selling price.

@kyfdx I spoke to the dealer he told me the selling price he's giving me is 38,309 I tried to calculate the numbers but it didn't add up... I asked him am putting anything out of poket he told me it's about 2000 for taxes and fees and dmv... What do you think is this a good deal.... How can I impove this offer ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated ...

No idea, really... still don't know the MSRP. In your first post, it was $0 out of pocket, and now it's $2000. You can't make educated decisions without all of the information.

I'm not aware that the maintenance benefits are automatic with a lease. Often it is a dealer level decision.

The warranty is from Jeep, however.

0 down ( had to only pay first month $450)
450 dollars a month

Be advised that in Illinois, the entire purchase price is subject to sales tax, which greatly increases your payment. The law is set to change on 1/1/15; at that time only the monthly payment is subject to sales tax.

2015 JGC Limited 4x4 39/15 - .00018 and 49%. 36 month residual is slightly better at 51%.

At $33,200 CAP cost, I get $391.mo.+tax. At $34,200, it's about $419/mo.+tax

.00008 and 61% for 24/15. No specific numbers for 18K, but they are usually charged at $.10-.20 per mile.

I was quoted $39,332 for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited ($42,570 out the door). Looking to lease for three years/15,000 miles. They are giving me a monthly payment of $629 which makes no sense with a 51% residual and .00018 MF (buying the Jeep in the Chicago area).

What am I missing??

With the $42,570 "out the door" price and an MSRP of $43,950, I get a payment of $571.57 with your residual and MF.

Do you know if the "out the door" price includes all relevant Illinois sales tax? You pay them up front for the entire purchase price.

Dealer needs to sharpen their pencil.

The quoted price is $39,332 which I think is good. The out the door price includes all the taxes and fees. 

At a .00018 MF and a 51% residual (3 year lease / 15,000 miles) I get a payment of $480.76/month and $3719 due at signing.

Yes, acquisition fee is standard on all Chrysler Finance leases.
