Is this a decent 2014 Honda CR-V lease deal? Completely clueless, please help!

Hi all, I'm wondering if this is a good deal. New 2014 CR-V; location Miami area. TYIA!

I thought so too but by golly Honda does show a lease deal on a 2014 CR-V of $209/month, 36 months, but with $2499 down (naturally, taxes, title fees and dealer fees are extra), MSRP of $23,950. I'm not sure how the dealer swallowed the rest of that down ($36 a month).
The only caveat I see here is that Honda stresses that this deal is for highly qualified lessees only. So I'm wondering if your deal will bounce if your credit score isn't superb. Then, of course, if it bounces, they offer you another deal at a higher payment.
Are you SURE this includes taxes, too, and acquisition fee, etc.?
