i drive a 2005 honda accord ex sedan 3.0 V6, i want to make some basic performance upgrade with out spending to much money.

If you want more power, there is probably nothing that can be done cheaply that would make any noticeable difference. If you want better handling, then sport struts/shocks and springs could make a difference, along with grippier tires.
