How can I upgrade the performance on my 2005 Honda Accord?

i drive a 2005 honda accord ex sedan 3.0 V6, i want to make some basic performance upgrade with out spending to much money.

    If you want more power, there is probably nothing that can be done cheaply that would make any noticeable difference. If you want better handling, then sport struts/shocks and springs could make a difference, along with grippier tires.

    Get rid of the automatic, slap in the stick shift, and you will get an instant 30 hp upgrade.

    How is a manual going to add 30 HP? Same engine.
