My melting pot DD decision

Hey all,

I didn't hope it would have to come to this but man do I have a melting pot of not so similar cars I am trying to decide between. Basically all I need is some awd. I've narrowed down to what I like but can't seem to poke out which one is well.....best?

2006 a8 (found about 3 all with 50-60k miles)

2006 Range Rover HSE (found about 4 with 60k-70k miles)

2006 Range Rover Sport HSE and Supercharged (found about 2 one with 55k and the other with 69k)

2012 C300 4 matic (low miles, cheap, probably most reliable, but not near as astounding as the rest)

I know it's a weird mix. The range rovers call to me because of british luxury, and the fact my last much loved vehicle was an xj8 which the RR borrows its motor from. However, the audi's seem to be found with less mileage and are the same class as what my 06 xj8 was. Finally the c300 stands out as a nice cheap reliable mercedes but lacks some "character" so to speak that the other cars do.

My problem is finding a compromise!

Thanks for any and all help in advance!

2 year old MB versus 8 year old Audi or RR ... if you plan on keeping the car for a long time, I'd go with the Mercedes. The potential maintenance costs of the others would scare me away.

Ditto. Nothing scarier than an old German car or a Range Rover out of warranty. People unload these things for a reason.
