If Audi offers a 7.5K/yr plan, the residual would be 4% higher than the 15K/yr number.

Is this a good deal for a lease in SoCal? Audi A3 1.8 premium. Msrp is $31495. Selling price is $27600. Residual is 54% and MF is 0.00126. 42 months with 15k miles. Rolling over $3900 negative. $1000 down and $440 payment. Is this a good deal? Should I go to 36 months?

Pre-tax of $308.41; the $3900 of negative equity will add almost $100/mo to your payment, so your quote is in the ballpark.
