2007 Buick Lucerne V8 Electrical whine noise.

When I use turn signals hear a high pitch whine, Also hear the same when using radio or backup assist.
Will occasionally hear a pop when turning radio on then goes to the whine noise. Any suggestions?

    Does this whine go up and down in frequency when you push the accelerator pedal?

    I would suspect interference from the alternator. This may require some
    shielding. Car audio shops are very familiar with this type of problem and
