2014 BMW i3 Lease Questions

Hi Kyfdx,
I'm looking to lease a 2014 Mega i3 for my father. Can you please provide the following details for a 24/10K lease?
- RV
- MF
- MF - If I do a one time payment lease?
- Are MSDs offered? What's the reduction for each Security Deposit?
- Incentives/Bonus cash.

Also, I'm in San Diego, so any recommendations from the forum as to transparent and credible dealers in San Diego or OC would be much appreciated.

2014 - .00125 and 63% for 24/10. $7500 in lease incentives.

Reduce MF by .00030 for a one-pay lease.

MSD are available ... max 7 with a .00007 reduction for each.

I was sent the following offer by local dealer for a 2014 BMW i3 lease. Personally, I don't think its anywhere close to what this forum has been discussing i.e. Not good at all. This car is not built with options and colors I like. I will ask the salesman for offer on the car I like and post it here. I am still posting it here for your opinion. I am located in Northern California.

As far as I understand, CA taxes the monthly lease payment; not sure why they show a line item for sales tax against the entire selling price.

I would also confirm that the discount they are offering you is separate from the available rebates.

Attached is the offer I am getting. Th residual, terms and net cap match my numbers. Rest I do not.
I get $349.49 monthly payment but the dealer is at $388.12
Can you check if I am missing anything?

Drive off is at $1357.62

Sorry, can you post the 2015 numbers so I can compare with this 2014 offer I am getting. I like the 2014 offer that your math agreed to. But I want a different color and wheel options, only on a 2015 that the dealer has in stock.

Numbers are the same.. only $2625 less in incentives on the 2015 model... It will be substantially more expensive to lease.
