is this a good price or a rip off? 2015 Nissan Rogue lease.

Hi I'm a newbie. Please help. They gave me a price on a lease for an SV rogue 2015 with premium pkg and moon roof package. They said $3000 total down ( includes taxes DMV etc). Monthly cost $349. 36 Mon/12k. I'm in Long Island,NY.
Is this a bad deal?

When I price it out (the AWD version btw), I come up with $29,610 for the MSRP. That includes $860 for destination and $268 for ad fees in my area. Your ad fees may be more or less.

The True Market Value is $28,693 - that's closer to the number you should be "paying" for the car. When you lease, you should negotiate the selling price of a car, just as if you were buying it.

The other thing to try to avoid is putting any money down on a lease.

Ask for the selling price and how much of the $3000 is a down payment..
