    59% for 36/10

    Standard MF for both terms .. don't have an exact number, but figure 5-6% or so.

    May I please have the MF and Residual for 2015 GT Premium and GT Premium Convertible on 2 and 3 years 12k leases?

    Also, if 2016 numbers are in, can someone post those for the same parameters above?

    Thanks guys, really appreciate the work you all do for the community. I'm exploring so many options my head hurts.

    Oh, this would be for Florida.

    GT Coupe - 64% and 58%
    GT Convertible - 61% and 55%

    Standard MF is being used (don't know the exact number, but probably around 5-6%)

    For 15K miles per year, the residuals are 62% and 56%.

    Also, I saw couple dealerships giving special lease on a MSRP $~48K, Sale Price ~$44k for $259/month with $2000 down. Is this even possible?

    Standard MF of about 5% applies to the GT. 24/12 residual is 64%. Using your prices, I get a payment of about $450/mo before tax.

    That $259/mo lease offer seems way too low. Is there some fine print you can share?

    Was wondering if there is any new information regarding MF for a 2016 EcoBoost Premium in Florida. So far, the salesman I'm dealing with is giving me a cap cost at invoice, and a MF of 4.25 (he later dropped to 3.25 when I voiced my surprise). Residual is at 59% with 36/13.5k.

    My numbers show 58% for 36/13.5 - 59% would be for a 36/12 lease.

    We don't have any MF info for Florida, but the MF of 3.25% does seem about right.

    Just an update in my negotiations. Have gotten them down to a 3 MF for a 2016 Ecoboost Premium lease 36/13.5 with a residual of 58%.
